Welcome to Star Iconic Travel. We’re here to help you plan unforgettable travel experiences across the UAE, Oman, and Qatar. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your trip with us.

By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you understand and accept the terms outlined below.

Booking Process

Once we receive your travel inquiry, our team will get in touch to design a personalized itinerary tailored to your preferences. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit is received, and a formal itinerary is agreed upon.

Payment Policy

To confirm your booking, a deposit is required:

Standard travel periods: 25% of the total package cost

Holiday periods (e.g. Christmas, New Year, Easter): 50% deposit is required

The remaining balance can be paid up to 2 days before arrival or settled in cash upon arrival (by prior arrangement).

If paying by credit card, a signed authorization letter must be provided. The cardholder’s signature must match the one on their official ID or passport.

Cancellation Policy
Standard Periods (excluding peak seasons)

If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:

61+ days before arrival: 15% of the total package

31–60 days before arrival: 35%

15–30 days before arrival: 50%

1–14 days before arrival: 100% (non-refundable)

Peak Seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter)

61+ days before arrival: 25%

31–60 days before arrival: 50%

15–30 days before arrival: 75%

1–14 days before arrival: 100% (non-refundable)

Note: Airline cancellations are subject to each airline’s specific policy. A 5% bank service fee applies to all refunds.

Refund Policy

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed using the same payment method used at booking. Refunds are not available for no-shows. Bank fees (5%) will be deducted from all returned amounts.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen events such as government travel bans, natural disasters, or airline restrictions, Star Iconic Travel will either:

Refund the full value of your tour (excluding bank/flight fees), or

Offer you future travel credit/voucher of equal value, usable toward any destination we serve

Only airline-related charges and bank fees will apply in these cases.

Accommodation

Prices are based on double occupancy. Single travelers requesting a private room may be subject to additional charges. We select accommodations based on comfort, service quality, and location.

Flights

Domestic flights: Prices and timings are subject to change based on availability.

International flights: We can assist with competitive rates from your home country on request.

Special Offers

Occasional promotions, such as Black Friday offers, are valid only for new inquiries made during the promotion period and are subject to availability. Terms may vary based on package type.

Travel Responsibilities

Star Iconic Travel is not liable for events outside our control such as weather changes, political unrest, airline delays, or supplier-related disruptions. Any additional costs arising from these events are the responsibility of the traveler.

Special Requests

We do our best to accommodate special requests (dietary, room preferences, early check-ins, etc.). While we communicate your requests to suppliers, we cannot guarantee fulfillment and will not issue compensation for unmet preferences.

Children Policy

For packages, cruises, and hotels:

Under 2 years: free of charge

2–5 years: 25% of adult rate

6–11 years: 50% of adult rate

12+ years: considered adults
One child per room policy may apply. Flight supplements may apply to children.

For tours & excursions:

Under 6 years: free

6–11 years: 50% of adult rate

12+ years: considered adults
Flight or ferry supplements may apply depending on the tour.

Use of Photos

By traveling with Star Iconic Travel, you agree that your trip photos or videos may be used on our social media, website, or promotional content — only with respect and discretion. Let us know if you prefer not to participate.

Tipping

Tipping is optional but appreciated by local staff. While not required, it is a customary way to show appreciation for good service.

Complaints

If you encounter an issue during your trip, please report it immediately to your guide or Star Iconic Travel representative so we can resolve it in real-time. If the issue remains unresolved, contact our Customer Care team. Feedback received after travel will also be addressed with care.

General Terms of Website Use

Users under 18 are not permitted to make bookings or transactions on our website.

Payments made online are processed via secure payment gateways.

The cardholder must retain transaction records and follow platform policies.

We accept payments in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP via Visa or MasterCard.

We do not process bookings for OFAC-sanctioned countries.

Multiple bookings may appear as separate charges on your bank statement.

Agreement to Terms

By confirming a booking with Star Iconic Travel, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Payment of a deposit or full amount constitutes agreement to this policy and the services to be provided.
